What happens during the weekly group calls?
Each call is part teaching, part Q&A, and part real-life debrief. We discuss births, troubleshoot client situations, and cover business topics.
Can I extend mentorship beyond 12 months?
Yes — graduates can opt into ongoing mentorship at a discounted rate to keep growing their practice with support.
Do I get one-on-one time with Carolyn?
Yes. While most mentorship is group-based, Carolyn is available for personal check-ins as you start attending births and building your business.
Is there a community I can connect with?
Absolutely — our private graduate community is one of the most loved parts of the program. Doulas refer work to each other and offer peer support across Australia and NZ.
What if I'm not ready to take clients during mentorship?
That’s completely okay. The mentorship period is yours to use as you need — many students take time to integrate before starting their practice.
