Doula Beginnings = Making life easier!
Package
Birth Package - $1950
My birth doula package includes support during pregnancy, labour, birth and the early postpartum period.
You will receive:
- 4 home visits during pregnancy
- Phone support
- Assistance with writing a birth plan
- Help with relaxation techniques and much more
- Continuous support from early labour through to 1-2 hours after birth
- 4 visits during the early postpartum period to assist you in your new role as a family

Package
New Parents Package - $650
My new parents package provides assistance to the new family in your home once baby arrives.
You will receive:
- 4 x 2hr visits

Common services I provide may include assistance and education on newborn care, breastfeeding support and help with baby’s routine as well as general assistance with household tasks.
A postnatal doula is a new mothers third hand, her service is priceless!

On Call Doula Support - $65
On Call Doula Support – $65 per hour (minimum of 2hrs)
On call doula support is perfect for one off or occasional assistance for services such as:
- Breastfeeding assistance
- Baby bathing session
- Settling baby and baby cues
- Education on newborn care, among other things.
